Popcorn on the fire for nursery.

Today we had our first fire for the new nursery class. We had practised how to move safely around the fire last week & the children were brilliant at remembering what to do. We shook some popcorn kernels into the pan & listened to hear them begin to pop. The children were delighted to see a pan full of fluffy popcorn afterwards.
