Volunteers' THANK YOU week

  So it's volunteers' thank you week.  Normally in the school year we would be getting ready for the Windmill School Fete with the help of parents council volunteers and the Windmill staff.     Although that is not happening this year, I cannot forget about what we have accomplished this school year:  we provided fruit, got food from Tesco, organised parties and discos and yet again got Santa to visit all the children with a present.  No mean feat as we are few in number.   So thank you all for the time and effort you have put in.   Hopefully, when we return for the 2020-2021 school year, we can organise some more fun events and see some new faces on the team.   Volunteers are not paid – not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless.   Jill
